Booking Terms
Bookings will be assessed on a first come, first served basis subject to the intention of giving as many families as possible at least one booking. For all bookings a member of the Pool Committee will be in contact to confirm whether we are able to take the booking. The Bookings Officer’s decision is final in respect of booking allocations.
NOTE: Due to health and safety regulations the pool chemical levels must be checked before every private hire. Water clarity, water levels and structural stability must also be checked. These checks will take place early on the morning of any hire to ensure the pool is safe to use. There is a small possibility that any concerns that cannot be rectified in time for your hire will result in cancellation. If this is the case, then a full refund will be provided and a member of the Pool Committee will contact you as early as possible on the day.
